Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Scheduling Coordinator to support production flow in a fast-paced CNC machine shop. This role is responsible for planning, prioritizing, and coordinating work across multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery and efficient use of resources.

You’ll work closely with Production Managers and Senior Leadership to keep jobs moving, remove bottlenecks, and maintain visibility across the shop floor. This position offers a high level of autonomy and requires strong decision-making and ownership of the production schedule.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and maintain daily and weekly production schedules for CNC milling and turning departments
• Prioritize jobs based on due dates, available capacity, and material/tooling readiness
• Monitor WIP (work-in-progress) and adjust schedules in real time to maintain production flow
• Communicate schedule updates clearly with department leaders and supervisors
• Identify bottlenecks and drive practical improvements to workflow and scheduling efficiency
• Support production meetings with accurate, up-to-date scheduling data
• Make schedule decisions independently and escalate only when necessary
