Blaine, MN December 4, 2009 Protofab Engineering is very excited to have set the date for our ISO
Audit and expect to attain our certification by 2nd Quarter 2010. Protofab Quality Manager, Brandi Harder,
says, “This certification will take our company to the next level. The ISO standards will provide us with
traceability and proven quality standards for our growing customer base.” This achievement marks the
end of a very successful year here at Protofab and we couldn’t be happier about expanding our repertoire
with this certification. Adding continuing value for our customers has always been our goal and we are
very excited about what the coming year will bring.
ISO 9001 is a quality management standard that is maintained by the International Organization for
Standardization. Companies committed to this standard are required to demonstrate a high effectiveness
of business processes, continual improvement of their quality system and customer satisfaction.
